Our USA Tour will begin in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where we have been invited to take part in the Palestrina 500 Festival, celebrating the quincentenary of the composer’s birth. In Detroit the Schola will give a concert at Old St Mary’s, one of the most beautiful churches in the city.
In New York City the Schola will revisit three beautiful churches where we sang during our last East Coast tour in 2017: we will sing for Sunday High Mass at the Shrine of the Holy Innocents and will be giving a concert at St Patrick’s Cathedral; we will also sing Mass at St Vincent Ferrer for the Feast of St Mary Magdalen.
